This month our boys first encountered the bidet. It was in most of the hotels that we stayed in on the European continent. It is usually situated in the bathroom next to the toilet, although in these tiny bathrooms here, one might find it almost anywhere low to the ground. We have had to laugh at some of the uses they have found for it. The following are how we have found it useful.
- Washing dirty, dusty feet
- Getting a drink of water
- Heating up cold pizza
- Creating an ice water bath for soaking sunburns
- Freshening up the nether regions of the body
- Using as a toilet
- Starting a water fight
- Washing laundry
We did not do these things simultaneously or one after the other. Not that we know of.
Can't figure out (even from the photo) why a bidet would be needed/helpful for heating up pizza. But what I do know for sure is that I would have to be near death-by-dehydration to drink out of a bidet...even if none of the other things you listed had previously gone on in it. Eeeyewwwwwwww.
ReplyDeleteWell, that's what I said when I caught Nathan taking a swig out of it. Just for your information, it didn't seem to hurt him a bit. None of were sick during our travels. For that and numerous other reasons I felt that angels were watching over us the entire time.
